Seaside FC Villa is a six-bedroom, five-bathroom house on the coast of Nea Styra in Euboea. It sleeps up to twelve, with a kitchen, a full living area, a covered terrace, a balcony, a garden, free private parking, fast Wi-Fi, and a private beach a few steps from the door. What sets it apart is a full-size private football pitch — built for sports groups, family tournaments, and anyone whose ideal holiday includes a few free kicks before lunch. The villa is hosted directly by the owners. Booking through this site means no OTA commissions, and a real person on the other end of the line.

Whether you're enjoying fresh seafood on the patio, kicking a ball with the kids at sunset, or drifting off to sleep with the sound of the waves, Seaside FC Villa is your perfect coastal escape. If you are traveling by car from Athens International Airport to the villa in Nea Styra, the easiest and most scenic route is to drive to the port of Agia Marina, which is about 45 minutes away (approximately 45 km). From there, you will take the ferry to Nea Styra, which takes about 45 minutes and runs several times a day. Once you arrive at the port of Nea Styra, it's just a short drive to the villa. This route combines a comfortable drive with a pleasant ferry crossing and is the most direct way to reach Nea Styra from the airport.
